The room was not what i expected, especially considering the cost. i found the ac barely functional and the room was too warm for me to get comfortable. I had to call for maintenance. also, the noise from the street was constant and loud. It made it difficult to sleep soundly at night. I could hear traffic clearly, even with the windows closed.

the airport pickup service was very helpful. the rooms were clean and the staff was always ready to help. a room attendant kindly rolled my luggage to the counter for checkout. i stayed in a balcony room, an upgrade, and it was quite large with two beds. the shower had consistent hot running water.
